Welcome to Fronsline Technologies. By accessing our website at https://www.fronsline.com or using our services, including our ChurchBell church management software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions
  • • "Fronsline," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Fronsline Technologies, a company registered in India.
  • • "Services" refers to our website development services, consulting services, and software products, including ChurchBell.
  • • "ChurchBell" refers to our church management software solution.
  • • "User," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or organization accessing or using our Services.
  • • "Subscription" refers to the recurring payment plan for ChurchBell.
2. Use of Services

You agree to use our website development and ChurchBell services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • • Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
  • • Use the Services to transmit any malware, spyware, or other malicious code
  • • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Fronsline, a Fronsline employee, or any other person or entity
3. ChurchBell Usage
  • • ChurchBell is a private SaaS (Software as a Service) solution designed for churches.
  • • Each church is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they input.
  • • Fronsline is not liable for any data loss or misrepresentation caused by user error or unauthorized access by the client's users.
  • • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ChurchBell account credentials.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Subscription Fees
  • • ChurchBell is offered on a subscription basis with recurring payments processed through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • • Fees are based on the subscription plan you select.
  • • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged in addition to the subscription fees.
  • • Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy below.
4.2 Payment Processing
  • • By subscribing to ChurchBell, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • • If your payment method fails, we may retry billing or attempt to contact you. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation by You
  • • You may cancel your ChurchBell subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@fronsline.com.
  • • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • • You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles after cancellation.
  • • You will continue to have access to ChurchBell until the end of your paid subscription period.
  • • After your subscription ends, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
5.2 Cancellation by Fronsline
  • • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription for violation of these Terms.
  • • In case of termination due to a violation, you may not be entitled to any refund.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 ChurchBell Subscription Refunds

Fronsline operates on a no-refund policy for subscription payments.

  • • We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, or if you decide to downgrade or cancel your subscription.
  • • In exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may issue a partial or full refund for the current billing cycle if:
  • - There has been an extended service outage (more than 48 consecutive hours)
  • - A technical issue on our end has prevented you from using core features of the service
  • - You have been charged in error
6.2 Development Services Refunds
  • • Payments made for website development or other custom services are non-refundable once the project has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • • For projects with milestone-based payments, if a milestone is not completed to the agreed specifications, you may be entitled to a revision or, at our discretion, a refund for that specific milestone.
6.3 Refund Requests
  • • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@fronsline.com within 7 days of the charge date.
  • • Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
  • • All content, design, and code used in our services are the intellectual property of Fronsline unless otherwise stated.
  • • Unauthorized use or reproduction of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
  • • You retain ownership of any data you input into ChurchBell.
8. Service Availability and Maintenance
  • • While we aim to ensure 99.9% uptime, Fronsline does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its Services.
  • • We may perform scheduled maintenance on our Services, during which time the Services may be unavailable.
  • • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any scheduled maintenance.
9. Limitation of Liability
  • • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fronsline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or connected with these Terms or your use of the Services.
  • • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Fronsline in the 6 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fronsline, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • • Your use of the Services
  • • Your violation of these Terms
  • • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • • Your content or information provided to or through the Services
11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
